I remarked to a friend that "Tippens" was cute (Misha Collins’ proper name being Dmitri Tippens Krushnic) and sounded like a heroic little mouse, and she said somebody needed to draw him. So here he is, Despereaux’s midwestern cousin. Maybe his little bag is full of salt and the pin is iron?

ALSO. I am ecstatic about the song you listed for this picture, because Mirrormask is one of my favorite movies of all time and is not very well known and not that popular despite it's freaking amazing plot,soundtrack, and visuals.
I was wondering if you'll ever plan to do some fanart of it? Your talent and style would be perfect for it : DDD!

Thank you! I know, I love Mirrormask, too. I don't think I'll ever do fanart for it, because it always gave me a kind of creepy, uncomfortable feeling and I didn't connect with any of the characters. Still a gorgeous movie, though, and the music made a big impact on me.
