Kit got me watching Supernatural, and it's awfully nice when she and I geek out over the same thing at the same time. We're both pretty smitten with Castiel, our rumpled hero angel, and I promised her some Castiel fanart. I meant to do something cute and simple, maybe with popsicles, but it got all serious, so. Here's the scrapped sketch. It's a first try. It's not great. It's a start.

And now I finally have a REASON to throw a halo on the person I'm drawing! You better believe I'm going to abuse the privilege.

I don't mind at all! I've watched up through Season 4, and I'm on like the third or fourth episode of 5. But I actually love spoilers, so you can say whatever you like.

Well, sn 8 is about to come out I'm pretty sure and I can't wait but I just wanted to make sure that you weren't like so many others who start like half way through and miss the best parts.

Favorite season is 4 for sure, not only because of the advent of Castiel, but because it's a better balance of scary/funny/emotional than the first three, and because as far as I recall, there were no moments of violence that made me feel sick to my stomach, which has happened before.

I don't know if I have a favorite episode yet, but I really dig the theme shows, like "Monster Movie". Where things get silly. And any time one of the boys (including Castiel) gets to eat a lot? I just really love to see them eating. Warms my heart. Kit tells me there's an episode where Famine comes to town and makes everyone hungry, and Castiel basically eats cheeseburgers the whole time. I am looking forward to it.

I have to agree with you on my favorite season being 4 because of the whole balance thing, but also because the boys finally have a purpose that is more than just self preservation (sn 3) or revenge (sn 1&2)

I really can't say that I have one favorite, but I really love the silly ones, Especially Hell House with the prank wars :sqee: <3 it!
I'm not queamish at all so the gore doesn't get to me and I think Dean's thing for pie is Adorable! in SN 5 when they go to heaven you find out why Dean loves pie and it is heart breakingly cute. And all the food jokes are GREAT!

Free to be You and Me-Cas goes to a brothel and is BA
and finally My Heart Will Go On-in which the Titanic doesn't sink and Fate is a capricious bitch <.< >.> >u<
