Grown-up Alice and her Hatter get their Sunday morning snuggle on. Tell me one thing that's better than sleeping in with your lover on a rainy morning in fresh sheets. And don't just go for world peace, I mean be creative.

early morning when the fog is still out on the lake with a warm fuzzy blanket a hot coffee and a good book waiting for the sun to rise... such a lovely morning (and this is how you know im the makings of a crazy cat/book lady lol)

I dont think that I have ever truly gotten the chance to let you know how beautiful I think this piece is. Eesh! I have glanced at it so many times studying the way the freckles are laid out, the flowy hair and the look of peace on her face.

This is that sleepy place, before I wake up all the way and notice the light coming in the window, slatted by the blinds. I live by the sea, so we hear seagulls when we wake. Sometimes a ship's horn will sound from the port... then an airplane flies over. I usually try to get up for breakfast but he hugs me tighter and I'm stuck-- I love him so that's okay :)

I wish you would do another version of this one. You're so good at drawing snuggles. I would love to see the rest of the room, and perhaps not quite so bright.

Mm, I've been having a sleepy snuggle morning again, too! I got up and made Sunday breakfast, opened the window, and piled myself into some cushions on the sofa. I love your drawings of the little moments.
