Made for my friend’s daughter, Kaydence, for her fifth birthday.
He’s about 11” long with his ears down and made of incredibly soft Cascade wool, and his scarf comes off. I thought his button eyes might be a little Coraline-creepy, but they look really cute. This is a huge triumph for me, because I didn’t use any pattern at all. I was inspired by the Little Cotton Rabbits -- particularly in the ears -- but I winged the whole schmeer. I called him Hodgepodge, after the rabbit in Bloom County, but Kaydence can name him (or her) anything she likes.
